ugg boots

A question for 20-25 year old women?

So my girlfriend got me the ugg classic cardy boots in grey in my size. I know they are women's boots and it was kind of a joke but i tried them on and they are really comfortable. I wear them around the house or out to walk the dog. They look pretty subtle under jeans.(The only way I wear them). So what would you girls think if you say a guy out running errands wearing these under their jeans? I'm 21.

UGGs in general are ugly. I don't care who or who they're worn.
